FAQs

How does the alternating coil affect the Pineapple Peach taste?

The dual coil system switches between two coils every ten seconds. This ensures both coils are used evenly, preventing dry hits and maintaining the sweet, tangy balance of the pineapple and peach flavour consistently across all 25,000 puffs.

What do the display screens show on this device?

The integrated screen provides real-time feedback on two key metrics: the remaining e-liquid level and the current battery charge. This helps you manage your usage effectively and know exactly when it is time to recharge via the USB-C port.

Can I change the airflow on the MTRX MX 25000?

Yes, this device features an adjustable airflow ring. You can twist the base to switch between a tighter mouth-to-lung draw or a looser, more airy inhale, allowing you to customise the vapour density to suit your personal preference.
